Ingredients
1 block extra-firm tofu, crumbled
optional: 1 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
salt & pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
parsley
Directions
Start by crumbling tofu into a small bowl using your hands, ensuring to leave some larger chunks.
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat, add oil if necessary. Gradually incorporate the crumbled tofu.
Introduce green onions and spices into the tofu mixture, cooking until done. Sprinkle with parsley for a final garnish.
