Easy Maple Yogurt

Maple Vegan Yogurt

a bowl of dark red raspberries, plain vegan yogurt, hemp seeds and maple syrup drizzled on top


Trust me, you HAVE TO TRY this. It’s so easy and so maple-y delicious.


Ingredients

🥣 3/4 cup vegan greek-style yogurt (I love oat)

🍓 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (choose your berry, and frozen is great too!)

🍁 drizzle of Canadian dark maple syrup (go for the darkest you can find)

🌰 1 tsp hemp seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia, walnuts, pecans, almonds are all good options)


Directions

Add your ingredients together in a bowl. That’s it! Easy Peasy
