Ingredients
1 x 14 oz can of full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
In a blender, blend all ingredients well until smooth and pourable.
Pour the mixture into a parchment lined 8 x 8 pan or loaf pan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
In 4 hours, you should have a firm ice cream that’s ready for scooping.
Scoop and enjoy in a cone, bowl, or top it off with some coconut flakes and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
