This recipe is more smoothie than ice cream. You can refreeze in a shallow pan for scooping later if you wish.

CHOCOLATE BANANA NICE CREAM

Servings: 2-3


Ingredients

  • 2 frozen chopped bananas

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4-1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. This recipe is more smoothie than ice cream.

  2. Blend all ingredients well in a blender, serve in a cup or bowl.

  3. If you have frozen bananas in the freezer already, you’ve cut about 4 hours off the time to make this.

  4. You can refreeze in a shallow pan for scooping later if you wish.
