Make this Grinch-approved Peppermint Mocha Smoothie

Meet the Grinch

A healthy and delicious holiday treat.

Ingredients & Directions

Base ingredients: Divide bananas & oat milk evenly across 3 containers.
2-3 frozen bananas
1 cup oat milk

Layer 1: Chocolate chip cookie dough
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
optional: cinnamon, chocolate chips, pinch of salt

Layer2: Grinch-able peppermint
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 cup frozen spinach

Layer 3: Make it a mocha
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 shot espresso
optional: cinnamon, 1 medjool date

Blend each smoothie layer separately with the base ingredients. If you’d like less banana, substitute frozen oat milk cubes (2 cups or 1 full ice cube tray).

Layer each smoothie layer in. You can reverse my smoothie and start with a cookie dough base, put your peppermint in the middle and follow it with the mocha on top. Top with chocolate chips or crumbled Oreos. This smoothie recipe is a dessert after all.
