Servings: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

  • peels from 2 lemons

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200F.

  2. Peel and remove the pulp, albedo (white part) as much as possible.

  3. Cut peel into smaller pieces and place on a parchment-lined oven sheet.

  4. Dehydrate the peels for 2-3 hours, untill the peels are dry and hard, but not burnt.

  5. Let cool.

  6. Blend in a high powered blender until a powder forms. Use in recipes.
