INGREDIENTS
peels from 2 lemons
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 200F.
Peel and remove the pulp, albedo (white part) as much as possible.
Cut peel into smaller pieces and place on a parchment-lined oven sheet.
Dehydrate the peels for 2-3 hours, untill the peels are dry and hard, but not burnt.
Let cool.
Blend in a high powered blender until a powder forms. Use in recipes.
