Basil Watermelon Slushy
Soothe and refresh with this basil & watermelon slush.
🌿 Basil is rich in vitamin C, iron, calcium and magnesium.
🍉 Watermelon is loaded withvitamin A and lycopene to name a few of its benefits. Lycopene is one of many polyphenols and if you’ve ever attended a masterclass of mine you’ll know how great I think polyphenols are for preventative care, lowering your risk of certain cancers and cardiovascular disease. Along with improving your gut health. But there’s more to it than just one slice of watermelon. 🍉
