Avocado Creme de Mousse vegan ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Directions

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients well until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Pour into a parchment lined 8 x 8 pan or loaf pan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

  3. Freeze for 4 hours. Scoop and enjoy this light fluffy mousse-inspired chocolate nice cream.
