Avocado Creme de Mousse vegan ice cream

Ingredients
1 medium avocado
1 cup oat milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a blender, blend all ingredients well until smooth and fluffy.
Pour into a parchment lined 8 x 8 pan or loaf pan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Freeze for 4 hours. Scoop and enjoy this light fluffy mousse-inspired chocolate nice cream.
