need some nutrition help?
Hi there Lovely!
I’m Krissy Solic, BSc, RHNP™️
I’m also the owner of Nourished Willow, a vegan nutrition practice based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba (that’s in Canada, eh?) and I work with women who are interested in connecting inner happiness between belly and brain.
I love working with plants so much because I hold a Bachelor Science in Botany! And so, I take the science behind the gut-brain connection and let the gut lead the way to peace of mind.
I’m also a HeartMath Certified Practitioner and have a passion for creating heart coherence across the planet.
I live in SW Winnipeg with my family, and love park walks with my two rescue dogs — Billy & Sailor.

A strategy call helps us both understand what it takes for your health journey to be a success and how I can help you get there.
You’ll learn about the benefits of working with a Holistic Nutritionist and ask the questions before you commit.
Please note that strategy calls are for discovering if there’s a fit between patient and client, as a result no advice or protocols are given during these calls.
Listen up.
As a healthcare professional, I get frustrated when I hear my clients tell me how their doctor dismissed stress complaints as being “normal” and that their health issues will never go away — to me, that’s just not good enough.
I stand behind the science & healing properties of plants. A plant-based diet and lifestyle has been shown to enhance your health, have a lower ecological footprint, and save the lives of millions of animals. I’m here to guide you towards that gift and also help you create harmony between your gut and brain.
